No deposit is required. We take a credit / debit card by phone
to secure the booking. No funds are taken unless late cancellation

Payment:

On departure, by any of the following methods:
Sterling cash
Credit cards (5% surcharge)

Cancellation:

7 or more days notice, no charge
Less than 7 days notice we charge in full,
but only if we fail to re-let the room

We are flexible and try to meet your needs

Check out times:

Guests are required to check out by 10.30 am
to allow us to prepare for our next visitors

Non-Smoking:

For the safety and comfort of our guests,
we are a non-smoking residence

Pets:

Sorry, but again for the comfort of our guests,
pets are not allowed
