Deposit:

No deposit is required. We take a credit / debit card by phone to secure the booking. No funds are taken unless late cancellation

Payment:

On departure, by any of the following methods:
Sterling cash
Debit cards (1% surcharge applies)
Credit cards (5% surcharge and 7% for Amex)

Cancellation:

Over 14 days notice, no charge 14 days or less notice we charge in full, but only if we fail to re-let the room. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing - by email to info@straphaelguesthouse.co.uk or by post to St Raphael Guest House, 44 Queen Annes Road, Bootham, York, YO30 7AF. We advise all guests to take out travel insurance, to cover against the cost of cancellation.

Guests are required to check out by 10.00 am to allow us to prepare for our next visitors

Non-Smoking:

For the safety and comfort of our guests, we are a non-smoking residence. Should you choose to ignore this policy you will be charged £100 for specialist cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the credit / debit card used to secure the room.

Pets:

Sorry, but again for the comfort of our guests,
pets are not allowed
